A peaceful and recently renovated home offering a double room for a professional working in Cambridge during the week. The house is in an excellent location very near the popular Chesterton Road (CB4 1BE), close to local amenities, restaurants, and transport links.
You’ll have access to a shared bathroom and kitchen, plus use of the garden and driveway. The Science Park is just 2 miles away (about 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike), and the Business Park is around 1.5 miles away (about 8 minutes by car or 12 minutes by bike). Cambridge city centre and a wide choice of restaurants are also within easy reach.
You’ll be sharing with me, the owner—a mature professional working in change leadership. I value a calm, respectful, and friendly home environment, and I’m looking for a like-minded professional who needs a comfortable and convenient base in Cambridge during the week.

Buses: Regular buses (including the Citi 4 and 114) run from Chesterton Road to the city centre, with journeys taking just 3–10 minutes and departures every 15–20 minutes.
Cycling: The city centre, Science Park, and Business Park are all easily accessible by bike—about 10–15 minutes’ ride.
By car: The A14 is less than 5 minutes’ drive away, making it easy to reach the wider region and major road networks.
