Double Bed with Private Bath, gym, pool and cleaner inc. in North London

A lovely new build 2 bedroom flat with 2 bath. I own the flat and live there and am looking for someone to take the second room for weekday-let. Ideally 3 days per week but would consider other weekday options from 2 nights or a Mon-Frid. (Cost to be discussed). This is ideal for someone who works in London but doesn’t live here permanently and needs somewhere to stay while working in the office. I am ideally looking for a female lodger

The price  includes its own separate bathroom and a gym, pool and concierge. You’d also be welcome to have full use of the wardrobe and storage throughout.

The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a balcony - the development also has a concierge on the ground floor, perfect for parcels and delivery. A coffee shop is also open on the development. 

The development has a gym, sauna and swimming in the building next door, 2 mins away, which is included! It’s a great size and quite quiet with all the free weights/machines you’d want.

I’m a civil servant working in Whitehall, I love running, the gym and perform in musicals as a hobby - so I love going to the theatre, gigs and spending time at the pub/restaurants with my mates. I don’t drink, but do love a good pub trip, but not keen on big parties at the flat. 

Looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and happy to keep the bedroom and bathroom clean when they leave each week as the room may be used by my family on the weekends. 

The flat has great transport links, only 12 min walk from Wood Green and Turnpike Lane Tube stations (Piccadilly line). Two train stations are also only an 8 min walk, with trains from Alexandra palace or Hornsey station and the lovely Crouch End and Muswell Hill areas are a 30 min walk away or a short bus.
