Located on the ground floor, the room features a brand-new small double bed and mattress, along with a wardrobe(positioned in the left corner), two bedside tables, a side storage cabinet, and ample natural light. It’s a comfortable, clean space designed for rest and relaxation.
You’ll be sharing the home with one professional female landlord, while her husband stays over weekends mainly. One of her adult sons occasionally stays during university breaks.
There is a downstairs toilet, and the main bathroom is on the first floor. At the back of the house is a large, south-west facing garden, perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons.
