Double room with garden view in smart West Dulwich/Tulse Hill location

We are an eclectic home consisting of myself, a 50 year old female artist who works from a studio in the garden, my 15 year old son, and our Mexican friend who is an actor and in his forties.  We share a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, and the available room is quite a distance from our rooms.  There is a bathroom which will pretty much be your own to use although is it not ensuite.

We are looking for someone who wants a grown-up non-student lovely home while working in London during the week.  There is a wardrobe, small set of shelves and small chest of drawers.  It is plenty of storage for  a weekday stay.  We would like someone whose main home is elsewhere (mostly due to storage) and that works away from home most days.

I have off street parking which we can arrange for you, and the stations are 3 minutes and 8 minutes away (Tulse Hill and West Dulwich).

The area is fab, with charming Dulwich village, loads of parks and woods, buzzing Brixton, Herne Hill and East Dulwich all very close.

The flat also has a huge south facing garden.  It is quiet and there is no-one above the bedroom.

We have a soppy gentle Golden Retriever cross called Rocky.
