It's a listed property with high ceilings and the room has 2 sash windows with acrylic secondary glazing. Use of kitchen at agreed times. Use of washing machine. Own parking space. This is not a house share.
Bus stop 1 minute away for buses to Barnham, Chichester and Bognor & Littlehampton. 5 minutes on the bus to Barnham Train Station for fast trains to London. Straight service to Chichester and Portsmouth.
Yapton is a large village, growing all the time. I'm based on a main road and there is some traffic noise. Park, and local shops within 5 minutes walk. Pub 10 minutes walk. Close to Arundel and Barnham.
