The room is part of a large three bedded maisonette in a beautiful part of Kensington overlooking a park.  It is on the Chelsea borders of Fulham Road near the 14 and 211 bus stop and it comes with a ‘kitchen in a cupboard’ which includes a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster etc.. One of the most important features is the private separate entrance on the ground floor to this part of the flat and therefore the privacy.  The room is not used by anyone else and is totally secure. There is a lovely bathroom next door to the bedroom with both bath and shower.  Cleaning and changing of the bed linen and towels are included in the rent.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               I am retired and live on the floor above with my own en suite and also have my own entrance.     I prefer not to share my kitchen or sitting room.
