Lovely south facing room in gorgeous Victorian House with sole use of a bathroom & living room

We have a room available to rent for a Monday to Friday lodger in our large gorgeous family home in Windmill Hill, BS3. The room is a newly painted, large south facing double.

The lodger would have a bathroom right next to the room which would be for yourself. Separate shower room upstairs for the household. The Living room shown in pictures would also be yours to use solely through the week nights. There is a TV which includes broadband with Netflix etc & a wood burner for those cold winter nights!

We are two parents in their mid-late thirties with a 4 year old. The room would suit a working professional/contractor who works out of the home.

The lodger will have access to the kitchen & washing room which has a washer and dryer.

The house is a 3 minute walk to a bus stop which takes you to the centre of town & beyond! Bedminster train station is also about a 6 minute walk away which takes just 3 mins to get to Temple Meads train station.
