With no neighbours and some of the best views in Leicestershire, the property is located at the end of a long private driveway with beautiful gardens and private parking.

The accommodation is a self-contained studio annexe with private front door, fully functional kitchen, double bedroom, sitting area and luxury shower room. There is a double bed, bedside table, dressing table, clothes rail and chest of drawers along with sofa, breakfast bar seating and tv. Laundry facilities are provided downstairs on the ground floor. There is a small patio area to the side of the property with a table and chairs, to enjoy the views in the evenings. This would suit a professional who likes the peaceful life after a hard days work.

Non smoker and no pets.

All bills are to be included, comprising utilities and a weekly cleaner, no council tax to pay. The wi-fi is unlimited with 60mbps and excellent coverage.

Uppingham is 15 minutes away and it’s only 20 minutes from Market Harborough and Oakham. Door to door to St Pancras takes 80 minutes.

The neighbouring villages have several award-winning pubs, restaurants and cafes along with an extensive village store, post office and sports facilities.
