Fully independent self contained annexe available Mon to Friday. We don't use the property at weekends except during Christmas, Easter and the odd bank holiday weekend when family may stay over. There is secure storage for you things on these rare occasions and you will be given plenty of notice. We are looking for long term tenants. Suitable for one or two working commuters that need somewhere to stay during the week.

This is a four roomed annex attached to a barn conversion, which is home to two retirees and two friendly spaniels. There is a sitting room, bedroom, large bathroom and a kitchen diner. The super king bed can be made into two singles. The bathroom has a large roll top bath with a handheld shower. There is no separate shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four ring hob, and double oven. There is a microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is currently no washing machine but one can be arranged if required.
The house is a 5 minute drive from the A14 and a short cycle ride or 15 minute walk from the Guided Busway, which offers fast and reliable transport to the Cambridge Science Park, city centre, train station and Addenbrookes Hospital. There is a secure shed for bike storage.
Very quiet neighbourhood. Our house is at the bottom of a private lane and backs onto a nature reserve. You will have sole use of the annex. We are 9 miles from Cambridge, 3 miles from St Ives and 5 miles from Huntingdon. There is a recreation ground next to the house. There is a large private garden, which you are welcome to use.
