If you are a busy professional wanting a weekday base in central London, with an easy commute across the city, this is the place for you. My home is a Georgian Townhouse in a quiet street a stones throw from Regents Park and Primrose Hill, with Oxford Street only a walk through the park.

You will have private use of the first floor of my home - consisting of a double bedroom with a through lounge. The room is very light and airy with original features - there's a sofa and an armchair plus also a cupboard for your belongings. You will also have sole use of a bathroom on a mezzanine level.

The room will be cleaned weekly, with the bed linen changed too. For the rest of the house, the open plan kitchen and dining room is in the basement, which leads out to a leafy back garden.

Available Monday to Thursday (3 nights per week.) Rent: £950 a month. Deposit: £500.

Includes all bills as well as wifi.
